These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bali Shorts(the “Service”), a web-based content publishing tool for travel creators and villa operators in Bali, available at https://link.dreamstay.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Bali Shorts lets you connect your TikTok account and upload short-form travel videos to your TikTok account as drafts for manual review and publishing. The Service never publishes content without your explicit action.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your connected account.

3. TikTok Integration

The Service integrates with TikTok via TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You authorize the Service to access your TikTok account only for the scopes you grant during login.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for content you publish to TikTok.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or TikTok’s APIs.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that uploads to TikTok will always succeed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bali Shorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke its access from your TikTok settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
