Bali Shorts(“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a web-based content publishing tool for travel creators and villa operators in Bali, available at https://link.dreamstay.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

When you connect your TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit, we access only the data needed to provide the Service:

• user.info.basic — Authenticate the user and show their basic TikTok profile (display name and avatar) inside Bali Shorts.
• video.upload — Upload the video the user selected to their TikTok account as a draft for manual review and publishing.

We also process the video files you choose to upload. We do not collect your TikTok password, your private messages, or your full video library.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and display your basic profile inside the Service.
• To upload the videos you select to your TikTok account as drafts.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

We never publish content automatically. A video is only ever sent to TikTok as a draft after you explicitly request the upload, and you complete review and publishing yourself inside the TikTok app.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with TikTok (to perform the upload you requested) and with infrastructure providers that host the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Retention

TikTok access tokens are stored only for the duration of your session and are used solely to perform the actions you request. Uploaded video files are transferred to TikTok and are not retained on our servers after the transfer completes. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time, which revokes our access.

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke the Service’s access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & permissions → Manage app permissions). When access is revoked, TikTok notifies us and we delete any associated tokens.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
